Disclosure
Actual weight may be stated on handmade and re-purposed jewelry, while industry standard calculated weight may be stated for re-purposed and estate jewelry. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations carat weight may vary (+/-) .05 carat .
Shipping
All U.S. orders qualify for free shipping, please allow 3 to 5 business days on all in stock items and 1 to 2 weeks for custom, special, and all back-orders. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt with the exception of Holidays and Weekends, if there is any delay in order or shipping the purchaser will receive notification via email. All packages will be insured against theft and accidental damage and will require a signature for delivery. Once package is delivered and signed for we can no longer be held liable. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Currently international shipping is not offered.
Returns
Claims must be made within 72 hours and item must be returned in original condition within 10 days of receiving for a full refund to be issued. Credit for return shipping will be reimbursed once item is received and a receipt for the shipping and insurance is provided. All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection before refund or exchange will be issued. The Golden Rule Jewelry LLC reserves the right to refuse any returned or exchanged item that has been damaged or altered from the condition of which it was received. All custom and special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and considered final sale.
